Volunteering

The Importance of Volunteers!

Carleton Russel Little League (CRLL) baseball relies heavily on dedicated volunteers, including coaches. These volunteers selflessly contribute their time, knowledge, and passion to provide young athletes with the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed. Without these individuals, the Little League experience wouldn't be possible.

We are always looking for responsible and enthusiastic individuals to support and coordinate our events and activities and more importantly to work with our young players and teams.

Call to Action for Coaches: Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of young athletes? Become a Little League baseball coach and help shape the future stars of the game. Your dedication, values, and coaching skills can have a lasting impact, not only on the field but also in the lives of these aspiring athletes. Join our team of passionate volunteers today and be part of something truly special!

Who can volunteer?

Anyone can apply to become a volunteer. Whatever talents or skills you have, we can use them! All parents of children involved in our CRLL programs are strongly encouraged to volunteer. As a parent, volunteer, you have the opportunity to spend quality time with your child in a safe, fun-filled environment.

What can I volunteer to do?

No experience is required to become a volunteer. Most of the volunteer opportunities require little or no training. CRLL and our local District can provide you with any necessary training (as well as support and encouragement), as is necessary. Little League coaching clinics and umpire training are provided at the start of every season and our more experienced volunteers are usually available and close by for advice when needed.

Truly the best volunteers are those who are able to bring added enjoyment to the game simply be being themselves.

How do I become a volunteer?

Just take a few moments to complete our online volunteer registration and then contact either your local association or feel free to contact our CRLL president if you are unsure how to proceed.

Kindly consider giving your time to Little League this season. Volunteer today!
